Setup & all results →Transport, equilibrium, and radiation hydrodynamics. Open a problem for its physical setup, comparison method, sources, and results at every completed resolution.
Includes short-duration runs. These saved results use 32³ cells and end at 2.0013845711889124 s. Only one spatial resolution is shown, so these results do not measure a convergence order. Runs shorter than the benchmark duration do not establish developed shock or blast structure. Full-duration benchmark validation remains separate.
Coupled ADER2 accuracy remains under investigation. The second-order design and radiation-only convergence results do not yet establish uniform second-order accuracy for stiff coupled hydro–radiation evolution. ADER2 remains an experimental method; completed runs are not an all-regime accuracy claim.
Revision 6 temporal validation limits. Streaming tests crossing limiter transitions fail the temporal-order threshold even with resolved references; an independent scalar PLM calculation reproduces this behavior. Thick-radiation temporal probes remain unresolved under the unchanged 10−12 measurement guard. Strict stiff coupled temporal convergence was not rerun for revision 6 and remains open. These results do not establish universal second-order accuracy.
